The International Beam Instrumentation Conference 2025 (IBIC 2025) was held from 7th to 10th September 2025 at the University of Liverpool. We are pleased to announce that the final conference proceedings have now been published and are available online at IBIC 2025.

The IBIC 2025 Proceedings comprise 217 papers and 39 presentations (including both invited and contributed talks) delivered during the conference. Published in accordance with JACoW standards, the proceedings provide a permanent record of the scientific and technical work presented at IBIC 2025 and are intended to serve as a key reference for the global beam instrumentation and wider accelerator community.
The editorial work was carried out by an international team including: Hao Zhang , Milaan Patel, and Narender Kumar (QUASAR Group, University of Liverpool, United Kingdom), Bradley Wilson (STFC ASTeC, United Kingdom), Jana Thomson (TRIUMF, Canada), Robert Apsimon (Cockcroft Institute, United Kingdom), Thakonwat Chanwattana (SLRI, Thailand), Volker R. W. Schaa (GSI, Germany), and Zhichu Chen (CAS, China, participated online).
Jangwon Kwon and Eunhoon Im (IBS, Korea) participated as trainee editors, gaining editorial experience in preparation for LINAC’26, to be held in Korea.
Technical and IT support was provided by Dean Toth, Ian Greene, and IT Services at the University of Liverpool, whose assistance was essential to the smooth operation of the editorial and publication process.
