Welcome to the web-page of Space-Charge 2015, the latest in the series of EUCARD2/XBeams  workshops on space-charge effects in particle accelerators.

The venue for the meeting is Trinity College, one of the colleges that make up the University of Oxford. Here we have reserved a block of rooms, so delegates can stay in the college and get a taste of what it is like to live and work here; alternatively some may prefer to choose one of the many hotels in town.

Trinity is centrally located and has a rich history; its formal foundation was in 1555 but its origins date back to the thirteenth century. There is a magnificent Chapel and spacious (award-winning) gardens, which delegates may enjoy at their leisure. Further information is available on the College’s website http://www.trinity.ox.ac.uk

We are putting together a varied scientific programme, which we hope will provide interest for all who attend. Sessions are likely to be shared between Trinity and the John Adams Institute for Accelerator Science, which is just a short walk away.  A two course buffet lunch, included in the registration fee, will be provided in Trinity’s Dining Hall each day, and there will be a special candle-lit Workshop Banquet on the Thursday evening. There will be an optional tour of the ISIS Spallation Neutron Facility at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory on the Friday afternoon.
