The plenary meeting will be held in Walton Room A & B. Parallel sessions in Seminar Room C and Conference Room S.16.

The registration fee of £75.00 includes buffet lunches, refreshments and transport to/from hotel each day. Payments can be taken by credit card, cheque or bank transfer. Cash payments are not accepted.

Accommodation

Accommodation is available at two hotels, please use the online registration form to request your accommodation. You will then receive confirmation of your booking via the conference secretary. There is no need to contact the hotels directly as we have already reserved rooms.

Transport

Both Manchester Airport and Liverpool John Lennon Airport are approximately 30-40 minutes away. Taxis from these airports cost £30-35 if reserved through the meeting secretary, if taken directly from the airport if often proves more expensive.
Intercity and regional train services run to Runcorn and Warrington Bank Quay stations. National Rail enquiries provides full and up-to-date information of train journeys, times and fares. Travel information and directions may also be found at Transportdirect.

Wireless networking will be available through the Cockcroft Institute.

The conference dinner will be a mediaeval banquet held on Thursday 5th June at Ruthin Castle.
